Why organic?
For the very good reason that organic food is produced from crops which have not been treated with chemicals and are grown in soil uncontaminated by artificial fertilisers.
Produced from the juice of organic apples, Granum Apple Balsamic Vinegar has a particularly delicate flavour. Retaining many of the nutrients apples are naturally rich in, apple vinegar has been used for centuries to promote health and wellbeing.
Uses: Besides adding flavour and zest to salads, apple vinegar can be used to prepare health promoting drinks. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used a mixture of vinegar and honey as an energy boosting elixir.
