Produced from the juice of wild harvested pomegranate with the addition of organic apple and blueberry concentrate, Granum Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar not only has a rich flavour but also contains a wealth of healthy nutrients pomegranate is well known for: antioxidants, vitamin C and flavonoids.
Uses: Besides enhancing the flavour of salads, this vinegar can be used to prepare a wide range of dishes, notably sweet and sour recipes. Diluted with water 1:8 it produces a refreshing and health promoting drink.
