Why organic?
For the very good reason that organic food is produced from crops which have not been treated with chemicals and are grown in soil uncontaminated by artificial fertilisers.
Produced from the juice of organic raspberries with the addition of organic apple and raspberry concentrate, Granum Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar not only has a delicate fruity flavour but is also a rich source of healthy nutrients: antioxidants, vitamin C and flavonoids.
Uses: Besides enhancing the flavour of salads, this vinegar can be used to prepare a wide range of dishes, notably sweet and sour recipes. Diluted with water 1:8 it produces a refreshing and health promoting drink.
