Vinegar is an indispensable ingredient in every household or cook. Sauces, dressings, and marinades would only be present with this integral part of cooking. It represents a sweet-sour acetic acid liquid extracted by acetic fermentation of fruit juice concentrate. This makes our vinegar special on the market because it gives them a sweet note reminiscent of the most famous vinegar in the world, balsamic vinegar.

Vinegar contains antioxidants and minerals, presenting many advantages in one product. It is made from raw materials of organic origin that were grown without chemical preparations and artificial fertilizers on surfaces with no air pollutants.

Many of the health benefits of fruit vinegar are attributed to acetic acid, which contains polyphenolic compounds known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic, anti-cancer, and antibacterial properties. Benefits include improving blood sugar levels; human studies show that taking 2/3-2 tablespoons (10-30 ml) of vinegar daily with a carbohydrate-rich meal can improve blood sugar levels quickly. In addition, they can reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome, a condition that increases the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. The intake of fruit vinegar can lead to changes in hormones in the intestines and thereby affect the reduction of appetite, so they are excellent allies for all people who struggle with excess weight.

The most popular fruit vinegar is apple vinegar, which is a staple in many cuisines worldwide. Certain studies have proven that consuming apple vinegar can lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity. It contains antibacterial properties that help regulate unpleasant odors and inflammatory processes. The potassium found in this vinegar affects the work of muscles and nerves, as well as the feeling of weakness and sleepiness.
It also finds its popularity in cosmetic purposes, from face toner to shiny hair. Diluted with water, it has a beneficial effect on reducing blackheads and calming redness while restoring the hair’s natural shine and acting as an ally in the fight against dandruff.

Use and Storage

Apple vinegar can be used in cooking, cleaning, and preserving food in many ways.
The most popular way of using it is as a salad vinegar; its intense taste is ideal for various vegetables, meat, and fish. It is the main ingredient in sauces and marinades, especially for meat, because it tastes sweet and sour. We suggest a marinade with pepper, wine, garlic, and soy sauce. It is added to soups to intensify the taste and to homemade cakes and cookies, especially when making vegan treats that do not include eggs.

It represents a natural and effective preservative, making food acidic and long-lasting by deactivating its enzymes and killing bacteria. You can make a genuine and universal cleaning agent by mixing one cup of water with one cup of vinegar. It is also effective when preparing eggs because the acidity affects the faster formation of egg whites. In the case of poaching, a small addition of vinegar increases the success of preparing poached eggs, and adding vinegar when cooking eggs makes them easier to peel.

Store in the original packaging in a dry, dark, and cool place, away from sources of heat and sunlight.

Method of production

Apple balsamic vinegar is obtained by homogenizing and pasteurizing apple juice concentrate with apple vinegar.
