Product Description

Rich in proteins

Rich in fiber

Cashew butter is adorned with a delicate, nutty flavor characteristic of cashews. Made from 100% cashew nuts, this product is characterized by a rich nutritional composition, primarily unsaturated fatty acids, a fat category associated with a reduced risk of heart disease. Cashews are also one of the few foods rich in copper and magnesium, two essential minerals that play an important role in bone formation. In terms of zinc content, this type of stone fruit is at the top of the list. Zinc increases the body’s resistance and significantly strengthens the lymphatic system.

Oil separation on the product’s surface is natural because no artificial additives were used.

It may contain traces of sesame, peanuts, and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts).

Use and Storage

Unlike our sweet butter, without any sweetener, cashew butter will be the main star of savory sauces and dressings. Due to its creamy structure with the addition of coconut milk, it is a perfect vegan substitute for many sauces. Lovers of sweet and salty combinations can use this butter as a spread on toast with fresh fruit or as an addition to shakes and smoothies. For a perfect and balanced snack, you can try it as a topping over baked sweet potatoes.

Store in the original packaging in a dry, dark, and cool place, away from sunlight. Mix the product before use.

Method of production

Cashew butter is obtained by grinding, shelled, and thermally treated
of cashews in the mills. Then we get butter through the homogenization process.
