Because coconut oil is an excellent substitute for butter or margarine, we suggest one tablespoon of oil instead of 1 tablespoon of butter.

Product Description
Natural
Cold Pressed
Unrefined
Highly Nutritive
A large number of studies conducted to date have proven that coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils in the world. Applied worldwide, it gained its popularity with full rights, considering the benefits it offers. Coconut oil consists mainly of saturated fatty acids, which makes its structure solid at room and cold temperatures, while at temperatures above 24 degrees, it turns into a liquid state. A rich source of lauric acid, the second largest, after mother’s milk, is a medium-chain fatty acid. Unlike long-chain fatty acids, it is not stored in fat tissue but is quickly absorbed and thus positively affects bowel function and digestion. It also contains caprylic acid, which improves the immune system with its antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Coconut oil is easy to digest, produces sustainable energy, and accelerates metabolism, so it can be an ally in losing weight.
As well as nutrition, coconut oil can be used in cosmetics in many ways. Considering its fatty structure, it is recommended for people with dehydrated skin prone to eczema, dermatitis, redness, and dandruff. Its saturated fatty acids reduce external and internal inflammation and hydrate and nourish the skin of the face and body. It can be used as a massage oil to reduce the visibility of stretch marks in pregnant women and as a natural hair conditioner.
It is also used for detoxification and oral hygiene of the oral cavity. Hold a couple of spoons of oil and gently swish in your mouth for at least 15 minutes, then spit out, rinse well, and brush your teeth.

Use and Storage
Coconut oil is the main ingredient in many savory and sweet recipes. It is used in frying, cooking, stewing, and baking. Although coconut is more often associated with sweet dishes, its gentle and pleasant taste will be ideal for making various stews and side dishes with vegetables. It is also a healthy substitute for margarine and butter to prepare sweets, pastries, and cakes because it does not contain hydrogenated or trans fats and gives juiciness and sweetness to dishes. It will add a beautiful aroma to soups and curries, and for an attractive, innovative recipe, it can be tried as an oil for making popcorn.
Store in the original packaging in a dry, dark, and cool place, away from sources of heat and sunlight.
Method of production
Coconut oil is obtained by cold-pressing full-fat coconut flour. It does not go through any refining stage, making it an unrefined oil.

Frequently asked questions
Can coconut oil be used instead of butter or margarine?
Does the nutritional composition of coconut oil change if it changes from a solid to a liquid state?
No, coconut oil retains all its nutritional benefits regardless of its consistency.
Is it entirely safe to fry food in coconut oil?
Coconut oil is one of the safest oils for frying. At high temperatures, it does not form trans fatty acids and does not oxidize or decompose.
Does it facilitate digestion?
Fatty acids in coconut oil have anti-microbial properties and soothe bacteria, candida, and parasites that cause indigestion.
Can it be used instead of SPF cream?
Although it has a low SPF factor that protects against ultraviolet radiation, we recommend using an additional SPF factor in direct exposure to the sun. It can be an excellent care after sunbathing because it nourishes and hydrates the skin with vitamin E.
