Coconut protein is a gluten-free product with a rich nutritional composition with few carbohydrates, making it suitable for vegan and keto diets.

Given that it is rich in iron, its use stimulates the production of hemoglobin, a protein that binds oxygen in the blood and helps conduct it to the heart and regulate blood pressure. It also increases its presence in the body, thus helping maintain an average breathing rate. Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties relieve muscle pain and fatigue, fight infections and destroy bacteria. Due to the presence of lauric acid and monolaurin, it is an excellent ally in defending against diseases and strengthening the immune system. In contrast, folic acid, B vitamins, and potassium hydrate the skin and hair. It is rich in dietary fibers that our body cannot digest, so no calories are obtained from it, and it has no effect on blood sugar; it also reduces the desire for sweets and improves insulin secretion.

Ingredients and Allergens

Product composition: 100% ground coconut cake after cold pressing of full-fat coconut flour.
It may contain peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and cashews), and traces of sesame.

Use and Storage

Coconut powder tastes sweet, fresh coconut and is used in various culinary dishes. Just add it to different protein shakes, smoothies, or porridges. Method of production

Coconut protein is obtained by grinding and sifting the cake after squeezing the oil from full-fat coconut flour.
