Product Description
Natural
Unrefined
Highly Nutritive
Dark sesame oil is the basis of macrobiotic cuisine worldwide, especially in distant Japan. Unlike our light sesame oil, dark sesame oil is characterized by a rich aromatic taste of sesame in a slightly brown color. In addition to its essential fatty acids, it contains vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant capable of helping the body’s cells fight against free radicals. We also find a balanced ratio of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. The large amount of lecithin found in the oil in light mucus gives it exceptional stability, and linoleic acid, which is also abundant, is an excellent ally in the fight against cardiovascular diseases. In addition to the numerous health benefits of sesame, dark sesame oil is also there to regenerate hair and skin with essential vitamins such as D and B complex.
