Thanks to the significant source of omega-3 fatty acids, which our body cannot produce independently, it has a wide range of preventive and curative properties. With just one tablespoon of oil daily, we help the body protect the liver and regulate bad cholesterol, fight against cardiovascular diseases, and strengthen the immune system. It is rich in vitamin E and B17 and dietary fiber, so it is also considered a natural laxative. It is important to note that the essential benefit of flaxseed is its positive impact on people who have type 2 diabetes. Numerous studies have proven that consuming flaxseed reduces blood sugar levels, and the high content of the powerful antioxidant lingnan helps this.
In addition to its use in nutrition, it is also used in face and hair care. Essential fatty acids can reduce skin irritation and redness, making it smoother and brighter. Flaxseed oil is rich in selenium and proteins, which are necessary for the quality and shine of the hair, and Vitamin E in the linseed oil provides additional care for the hair follicle and deeply hydrates the hair.

Use and Storage

Flaxseed oil is not intended for frying and baking but can be used as salad oil due to its neutral smell. The recommended dose is one to two tablespoons of oil per day, which you can drink directly or mix into yogurt, freshly squeezed juices, and green tea. Pancakes or waffle fixtures can be enriched with this highly healthy oil. It can be used for salad dressing with apple cider vinegar and mustard. According to the famous Budvig diet, it is best combined with young cheese.
Due to its sensitivity, flaxseed oil is best kept in the refrigerator, in its original packaging, away from sources of heat and sunlight.

 

Method of production

Flaxseed oil is an unrefined oil obtained by cold pressing of unpeeled, raw yellow flaxseeds on modern screw presses.
