Highly Nutritive

Convenient, tasty, and nutritious, flaxseed protein powder provides a healthy and nutritious alternative to plant protein.
Flax is one of the richest plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid, a fatty acid beneficial for heart health. It also contains lignans, which have antioxidant effects, protecting cells from damage. It is also known for its high soluble fiber content that absorbs water, slows digestion, and helps reduce cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar levels. It is rich in potassium and omega-3 fatty acids; potassium is vital for the function of cells and muscles and helps maintain normal blood pressure, while omega-3 fatty acids affect the production of cytokines that are involved in the regulation of inflammatory processes in the body, and enable tired muscles to absorb more glucose, amino acids and other nutrients needed for tissue recovery.

Ingredients and Allergens

Product composition: 100% ground flax cake after cold pressing of the oil
It may contain peanuts, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and cashews), and traces of sesame.
Country of origin of raw material: Belarus / Kazakhstan

Use and Storage

Flaxseed protein is an ideal plant-based alternative for energy and sports nutrition. It is added to various flavors and combinations of shakes, frappes, and smoothies. Homemade energy bars, oatmeal, and different desserts are nutritionally enriched with the addition of this vegetable protein. Mixing flaxseed protein with other types of flour can be used for baking bread or other types of dough, as well as an addition to mixes for muffins or pancakes. We suggest mixing salty recipes into small, soft white cheeses, yogurt or spreads like mayonnaise and mustard and using it as a spread for sandwiches.

Store in the original packaging in a dry, dark, and cool place, away from sources of heat and sunlight.

Method of production

Flaxseed protein is obtained by grinding and sieving the cake after squeezing the oil from the flaxseeds.

Frequently asked questions

Is it good for digestion?

Considering the high content of fibers that contribute to the normal functioning of the intestines, flaxseed protein can be used to achieve better digestion.

Does it help lower cholesterol?

Flaxseeds are associated with reduced cholesterol due to the amount of fiber that binds to bile salts before the body excretes them. Cholesterol is drawn from the blood into the liver to pay for these salts leading to lower levels.

Is it made of golden or brown flaxseeds?

We use brown flaxseeds for our flaxseed protein.

Is it as rich in omega-3 fatty acids as oil?

Flaxseed protein retains a rich nutritional composition and fat and is still rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Does the intake of water have to be increased along with the consumption of flaxseeds?

As with other sources of fiber, flaxseed or protein should be taken with plenty of water or other liquids.
