For our bars, we have chosen a natural gluten-free sweetener, agave syrup (also known as agave nectar). In structure and appearance, although it is a little rarer, it resembles honey, but unlike it, it is suitable for allergies and all those who practice a vegan diet. One of the undeniable advantages of agave syrup is its excellent taste and low glycemic index. Unlike other natural sweeteners, agave does not taste bitter or change the taste of your meal. Instead, agave has a very neutral note, making it a perfect addition to sweet and savory dishes.
Pumpkin seeds are one of the must-have snacks in most households. They have been used for medical purposes for decades because of their specific composition, which benefits the body. The high content of magnesium, which is the basis for the proper physiological functioning of the body, helps to preserve the cardiovascular system and the appropriate functioning of the intestinal flora. They are among the essential plant sources of omega 3 fatty acids. In addition to omega 3 fatty acids, they are also rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, which help regulate cholesterol, and contribute to the prevention of stroke and coronary artery disease. The high vitamin E content helps preserve the skin’s health, while a handful of iron gives the body energy throughout the day.

Product composition: pumpkin seeds 25.5%, agave syrup, peanut butter (98% peanuts, pumpkin oil, sea salt), almonds 13.5%, flaxseed, rice krispies, expanded millet.

Fruits like bananas and blueberries complement the taste of pumpkin seeds and can be a healthy addition to a pre-and post-workout snack.

Method of production
The pumpkin seed bar is obtained by homogenizing and mixing pumpkin seeds and other ingredients with peanut butter and agave syrup. The homogeneous mass is thinned to a specific dimension, cut into bars measuring 9×3.5x1cm ±3mm, and packed in foil.
