Vinegar is an indispensable ingredient in every household or cook. Sauces, dressings, and marinades would only be present with this integral part of cooking. It represents a sweet-sour acetic acid liquid extracted by acetic fermentation of fruit juice concentrate. This makes our vinegar special on the market because it gives them a sweet note reminiscent of the most famous vinegar in the world, balsamic vinegar.

Vinegar contains antioxidants and minerals, presenting many advantages in one product. It is made from raw materials of organic origin that were grown without chemical preparations and artificial fertilizers on surfaces with no air pollutants.

Many of the health benefits of fruit vinegar are attributed to acetic acid, which contains polyphenolic compounds known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic, anti-cancer, and antibacterial properties. Benefits include improving blood sugar levels; human studies show that taking 2/3-2 tablespoons (10-30 ml) of vinegar daily with a carbohydrate-rich meal can improve blood sugar levels quickly. In addition, they can reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome, a condition that increases the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. The intake of fruit vinegar can lead to changes in hormones in the intestines and thereby affect the reduction of appetite, so they are excellent allies for all people who struggle with excess weight.

Pomegranate is a real treasure trove of vitamins and minerals, symbolizing fertility and abundance. Juicy seeds are rich in vitamin C, vitamin B5, potassium, and antioxidants, which are excellent fighters against free radicals, and thus are used to detoxify the body. With its antibacterial and antifungal effect, it helps with inflammatory processes in the oral cavity as well as joint inflammation. Pomegranate increases libido in men and women, as its antioxidants increase blood flow. Pomegranate fruits improve the quality of spermatozoa and, thus, men’s fertility.

Punicalagin is found in the juice and bark of pomegranates and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Its acid is a great anti-aging ally because it stimulates collagen production. Vinegar alone can have healthier digestion because it helps the body to absorb essential nutrients that boost immunity.

Use and Storage

The characteristic taste of pomegranate can be combined and used in many recipes, and it is most often used in the kitchens of the Middle East. As a salad vinegar, it goes ideally with simple salads because its taste becomes the main ingredient. We suggest a light carrot salad with pistachios and mint.

It can also be tried as a drink, mixed with lemon, acidic water, and other fruits. It is added to sauces, marinades, and sauces for vegetables, meat, and fish. Pomegranate vinegar reduction can be poured over homemade bruschetta and thus add a sweet and sour note that goes ideally with tomatoes, basil, and cheeses.

Store in the original packaging in a dry, dark, and cool place, away from sources of heat and sunlight.

Method of production

Pomegranate balsamic vinegar is obtained by homogenization and pasteurizing apple and blueberry juice concentrate with pomegranate vinegar.
