Sunflower seeds are one of the most favorite snacks in various households. However, their high nutritional value makes them much more critical in their daily diet. Sunflower seeds, used to make butter, are rich in vitamins (C, E, A, B1, and B6), monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and minerals such as iron, copper, selenium, manganese, zinc, and potassium. Due to their specific structure, they significantly help in the fight to reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure or heart disease. Also, they are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidative effects, reduce bad cholesterol, raise energy levels, and provide a solid support for strengthening the immune system.

Oil separation on the product’s surface is natural because no artificial additives were used.

Method of production

It is obtained by grinding sunflower seeds in stone mills; then, butter is obtained through homogenization.
