The use of: The recommended daily amount of organic chia seeds is 3-5 tsp (up to 15g). Chia seeds are of a mild and pleasant taste. They have a variety of applications: can be blended into nutritious drinks and puddings, sprinkled over vegetable soups, added to energy bars or light, vitamin salads... It is advisable to pre-soak the seeds for 15 minutes in water, vegetable milk or some other beverage in order to provide easy digestion and feeling of satiety.
